Mindful Self Compassion
When was the last time you spoke to yourself in a loving, kind, and nurturing way? So often, we know how to show compassion to others, but not to ourselves. In working with anxiety, panic, and social difficulties, I’ll incorporate a variety of self-talk and breathing exercises aimed at helping you learn how to self-soothe and ground using self-compassionate approaches.
Intuitive Somatic Exercises
Our bodies hold on to a lot of stuff - emotions, memories, experiences, and even subtle emotional encounters exist not only within our psyche, but our bodies as well. Throughout treatment, I’ll naturally weave in opportunities for you to practice connecting with your body through a variety of somatic-based tools and breathing/grounding exercises.
