Anxiety, Panic, and Self-Esteem
I primarily treat young adults and adults who are struggling with a recent onset or lifelong anxiety and panic. I also work with individuals who are struggling to form meaningful social connections, especially due to difficulties with self-esteem and boundary setting. Lastly, clients who work with me may generally feel ‘stuck’ and need help working through life transitions.
When we view symptoms as helpful and meaningful, we experience growth.
It is my personal belief that our symptoms are never just symptoms. Truly, they are a part of our psyche that is begging to be heard, acknowledged, and understood. Together, we can explore how your particular symptoms fit into your life narrative and your journey.
