About Me
Born and raised in Southern California, I have nearly a decade of experience working with young adults and adults who struggle with life long anxiety, including social anxiety, panic, as well as hypochondriasis and germaphobia.
My clients also frequently express goals related to self-esteem, setting boundaries, and forming meaningful connections with others.
In choosing to work with me as your therapist, you’ll find warmth, humor, authenticity, a non-judgmental presence, and the occasional addition of my two cats, Frankie and Louie, who like to offer additional support.
When it comes to anxiety, I get it (really).
Anxiety is something that nearly each of us experiences at one point in our lives, whether intermittently, in response to particular stressors, or ongoing/lifelong. It can be debilitating, isolating, and, quite honestly, feel like absolutely nobody ‘gets it.’ How do I know? Because I’ve been there myself. Through years of training, education, and my own journey of experiential exploration, many of the techniques that I’ll share with you are the very same ones I myself have found to be directly impactful. I’ll never hide behind the therapist façade - instead, I’ll focus on sharing and normalizing what living with anxiety means so that you always know that, truly, you are not alone, and yes, your feelings and experiences are so valid.

Why work with me?
At the core, my aim is to help you learn how to nurture and heal yourself, take away tools and insights you’ll use for the rest of your life, and to become your own best friend. Life is weird sometimes (okay, maybe always), so from one human being to another, let’s make meaning of it and grow together.
